SHOP & ORDERS

  • Next Journy offers a growing range of products including apparel, hoodies, T-shirts, hats, accessories, photography prints, digital prints, presets, LUTs, guides, and other creative products. Available products may change as new collections and projects are released.

  • Processing time depends on the product. Some Next Journy apparel and merchandise is made to order and fulfilled through third-party production partners, which means production begins after your purchase is placed. Processing time is separate from shipping time and may vary depending on the item, fulfillment location, and order volume.

  • When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information after your order has been fulfilled. Tracking is typically provided by the shipping carrier used by our fulfillment partner and may take a little time to update after the shipping label is created.

  • If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Because some products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Next Journy ships to supported destinations available during checkout. Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, and destination. International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees where applicable.

  • Some Next Journy products are made to order and fulfilled through third-party production partners. Shipping times vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, destination, shipping method, and carrier. Estimated delivery times may be shown during checkout, but they are not guaranteed and may be affected by production time, holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

  • If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, first check the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, contact Next Journy with your order number and we will review the situation and work with the applicable fulfillment partner or carrier when appropriate.

  • If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check around the delivery area, with neighbors, household members, front desk staff, or your building’s mail area. If you still cannot locate it, contact the shipping carrier and then reach out to Next Journy if you need additional help.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact Next Journy as soon as possible. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can review the problem and work with our fulfillment partner toward a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

  • Return and exchange eligibility depends on the type of product purchased. Some Next Journy apparel and merchandise is made to order, so returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or color selection may not always be available. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

  • Because some Next Journy products are made to order, exchanges for selecting the wrong size or color may not be available. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and color options carefully before placing your order.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

  • Next Journy may offer digital products such as photography presets, LUTs, downloadable images, PDFs, guides, templates, and other creative resources. Available digital products may change over time as new products are released.

  • Digital products are delivered electronically. After your purchase is complete, you will receive access to your download or instructions for accessing your digital product. If you have trouble receiving, downloading, or opening your files, contact us for support.

  • Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally final and non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law.

  • No. Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal or otherwise permitted use. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, sublicense, or claim Next Journy digital products as your own.

PHOTOGRAPHY

  • Yes. Next Journy offers photography and creative services that may include portraits, commercial work, real estate, events, travel, and other creative projects. Visit the Services page to see current offerings and learn more.

  • Yes. Next Journy may offer both physical photography prints and digital image products. Availability, formats, sizes, pricing, and licensing terms will be listed on the applicable product page.
